Want to sign up for a Digital Library Card?

All patrons who sign up digitally and who live within Woodward County or the surrounding areas will be entered into our cash drawing as well. Must be able to pick up prize at the library. No prizes will be mailed out. For those 18 or older, and who do not already have an account in our system, can click HERE to sign up for a digital account!

This will take you to a Google Form where you can fill out your information and submit for library staff to review.

WPL Digital Card:
You are applying for a Digital library card. A Digital library card does not allow you to check out books, audiobooks on CD, or movies. A Digital library card gives you access to all databases, e-books, downloadable audiobooks and e-learning. You can expect to receive your library card number by e-mail within the next 1-3 business days. Your library card with your permanent barcode will be mailed to you within 7 business days.

Visit our library to present photo id and verification of current address to upgrade your Digital library card to a full-service library card.

Borrower’s Agreement:
I understand and agree to the following statements:

  • I am 18 years or older and a resident of Northwest Oklahoma.
  • I do not already have a card within the system or a card that has fees, balances, or overdue materials on it.
  • I will not permit anyone other than myself to use this library card.
  • I will report a lost or stolen card immediately.
  • This card will entitle users age 18 and older to access the library’s digital, online resources, such as databases, e-books, downloadable audiobooks, and e-learning resources. It does not permit me to borrow print or other materials.
  • Library rules and policies are subject to change without notice.

Summer Reading 2020

Summer Reading Bingo

Runs from June 1st to July 18th
Open to Ages 6yr-Adult


Pick up your Bingo sheet during our business hours or download and print from the categories below! Full blackout of the bingo sheet will get you an additional entry into prize drawings–so keep your bingo as long as you like (through July 18th) to finish it if you want!

Library Re-Opens May 6th

Only a certain number of library customers will be allowed in the library; therefore, we ask you to please limit your time.

  • New Library Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00PM
  • Friday 9:00-12:00PM
  • Only 4 computers will be available for use with 1HR sessions
  • Children’s computers will be closed
  • Hand sanitizer will be available
  • Please be respectful of everyone’s personal space and practice social distancing

Covid-19 Library Response

As of 03/17/20, the Mayor of Woodward made an emergency declaration for the city. All city offices are closed to the public at this time. We hope to slow the spread of Covid-19 in our community.

Fines & Due Dates

  • The library is extending all materials currently due to May 16th.
  • No fines or fees will accrue on your account while we are closed.
  • We are working to protect staff and patrons and will tentatively reopen May 11th.

Book Drop

  • You may still return items in our book drop.
  • Upon emptying the book drop, all items are wiped down with a sanitizing wipe.

Access to E-books and audiobooks

  • The default Pin/Password for Libby is ‘userpass’ . All lowercase and one-word, without the apostrophes.
  • If you have trouble signing into Libby, need to renew your card, need your card number, or need to reset your pin/password, please call us at (580) 254-8544 so we can help.

Use of Library WiFi

Our WiFi is still up and running. It is accessible from our parking lot and does not have a password. You are more than welcome to enjoy our WiFi services from the comfort of your vehicle.
