This will take you to a Google Form where you can fill out your information and submit it for library staff to review.

WPL Digital Card

You are applying for a Digital library card. A Digital library card does not allow you to check out physical books, audiobooks on CD, or DVD movies. A Digital library card gives you access to all databases, e-books, downloadable audiobooks, and e-learning provided by WPL. You can expect to receive your library card number by e-mail within the next 1-3 business days. Your library card with your permanent barcode will be mailed to you within 7 business days.

Visit our library to present a photo ID to upgrade your digital library card to a full-service library card.

Borrower’s Agreement:

I understand and agree to the following statements:

  • I am 18 years of age or older and a resident of Northwest Oklahoma.
  • I do not already have a card within the WPL system.
  • I will not permit anyone other than myself to use this library card.
  • I will report a lost or stolen card immediately.
  • This card will entitle users age 18 and older to access the library’s digital, online resources, such as databases, e-books, downloadable audiobooks, and e-learning resources. It does not permit me to borrow print or other materials.
  • Library rules and policies are subject to change without notice.
