Request Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
If the library does not have what you need in our collection, we can try to borrow it from another library.
How to Request an Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
• In person at the library
• By phone at (580) 254-8544
• By email to library@woodward.lib.ok.us
Before submitting an interlibrary loan (ILL) request, please check our online library catalog to verify that we do not already own the item. We cannot request an ILL for something that is simply checked out. Items may be placed on hold in person, through your library account online, via the myLIBRO app, or by calling us.
Interlibrary Loan Guidelines
You must have a valid Woodward Public Library card and be in good standing to request an interlibrary loan. Temporary cardholders are ineligible.
You may have a maximum of five (5) active interlibrary requests at any given time.
There is no fee for placing a request.
Items that are not picked up within 10 days of notification will incur a $5 fee. This fee also applies to cardholders who cancel a submitted request.
The lending institution determines the loan period and renewal options.
Overdue Items and Fees
The library cardholder is responsible for any additional charges incurred with the request, such as overdue materials, processing fees, rental fees, or photocopy charges. Library fines for overdue ILL materials are $0.25 per day per item. The cardholder will be charged a $30.00 replacement fee for lost or damaged items.
